| INSITEX formliners are manufactured from special plastic sheeting
supplied in standard 600mm effective widths and any height up to 7 metres. They can be
used for a variety of vertical, battered and curved wall situations including:- |

Bridge abutments, wing walls, piers and parapets. Retaining walls and
culverts. Ramp walls. Columns and pedestrian underpasses. Sewage and water treatment
works. Industrial building exteriors and interiors. Reservoirs. Main and light railway
structures. |
| Masonry
and concrete paints combine effectively with the textures.
White cement and coloured concrete can be used with INSITEX. Colourless silicons and
silanes can be applied to finished surfaces. |

Fair-faced tops to textured walls provide an effective and economic
alternative to copings.
Fair-faced surrounds and borders can also be used to break up large areas and extend the
visually effective range of most textures. |
Vertical construction and expansion joints can be accommodated within
the rebates of some vertical rib INSITEX textures.
Although described for vertical use, INSITEX formliners may also be used horizontally to
produce finishes of equal quality yet markedly different character.
In addition the providing visual enhancement, textured concrete provides additional
monolitic protection to underlying structural concrete. |
